After having held various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for a balance between the personal and the professional, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered hot yoga at Idolem and by the same token the place where the hustle and bustle of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and has also helped me get through work pressures and stress storms. Today, I am proud owner of 7 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day at Centropolis, Le Plateau, Plaza, Promenade Masson, St-Jérôme, St-Léonard and Villeray studios.

I was introduced to Hot Yoga in 2018 at Idolem through my father, Steve, when he took the plunge and decided to join the Idolem family. I was immediately fascinated by this new world. Following his career closely, I quickly became attached to this thriving community and to the world of yoga. After completing my studies and evolving several years in the dynamic world of hot yoga in parallel with catering, I made the decision in 2021 to officially join my father in this adventure in order to merge our skills and experiences. Thus, it is with great joy that I now become a full member of the big family that is Idolem in order to perpetuate all the beautiful moments that the yoga universe has allowed me to experience until now.
