Since the age of 26, I have been making my way in the fascinating world of entrepreneurship. Twenty-two years of passion, challenges and inner growth. Throughout this journey, a profound need has always been felt: the need to turn inward, to balance the hectic pace of Western daily life with a space of calm and presence.

It was this quest for harmony between body, mind and heart that guided me to yoga. At the time, as a young mother, it was difficult for me to integrate this group practice into an already busy schedule. I had to put it aside... until I met Idolem. It was a real revelation: the practice was finally becoming accessible, flexible, aligned with my reality.

Today, this return to the source makes perfect sense. Yoga brings me overall health, a precious balance and a deep inspiration that I want to share. I truly believe that the body is at the service of the spirit — that it must adapt, evolve, and transform with it.
