A metrologist in the field of aerospace, my career has taken me between entrepreneurship and aerospace production lines over the last 20 years. Sporty by nature, I am a lover of movement in all its aspects. I always believed that a healthy body and a healthy mind were the perfect combination. In 2013 I discovered hot yoga through the Bikram studio in Plateau. I loved the benefits in terms of my flexibility. The endorphins that inhabited me as a result of my practices gave me a lasting sense of well-being. In 2016, I decided to improve my knowledge by taking up my teacher training. It's what I've been passionate about ever since. The teaching of the union between movement and breath. I am happy to co-create this studio with Véronique, we want to welcome you to a warm studio in the colors of the Idolem family with a touch of our colorful energy! Technician in textile technology and management — specialization in finishing — I worked for more than 13 years in this field. Fashion, management, production, quality and customer service were then at the heart of my daily life.

Then life gently invited me to slow down in order to be more present with my family, the center of my universe. Mother of four beautiful daughters — Emma, Maélie, Catherine and Florence — I have shared my life since 2004 with my husband, Jess Leclair, with whom I form a solid, complicit and loving team.

My career then led me to the school environment, where I held different positions as needed, always with the same desire to learn, contribute and make a difference.

In 2023, I chose to follow my yoga teacher training with IDOLEM, in order to combine my passions for well-being, essential oils, movement and mindfulness.

Passionate about balance and harmony, I am committed to supporting people towards a more conscious, aligned and bright life. Through yoga and a gentle but powerful approach, I invite everyone to reconnect to their inner energy and to reveal their light.

It is with great joy that I am pursuing this mission within the large IDOLEM family, by co-creating the Châteauguay studio alongside Isabelle — a space where movement, breathing and presence meet to create a true sanctuary of transformation.
