At Idolem, David invites Charlotte on their first date, without imagining that this moment would mark the beginning of their story...

Charlotte has always lived through sport. After years of competitive gymnastics, she knows discipline and performance. Yoga has taught her something else: to breathe, relax, and come back to herself. On the mat, she learns to take care of her mind as much as her body.

For his part, entrepreneurship, sports, and life balance have always played a central role in David's life. An entrepreneur at heart, he has always wanted to build a meaningful project. David comes to yoga in a different way. He starts to encourage his sister to move more and reduce her stress.  What was supposed to be a simple gesture of support quickly became a moment for him, a space to truly unwind, physically and mentally.

David's entrepreneurial spirit and Charlotte's desire to share her passion naturally led them to the idea of opening their own studio. They share the same values as Idolem: physical and mental well-being, as well as life balance.

The Idolem Lasalle studio will soon open its doors. The goal is simple: to offer the community a welcoming and inspiring space where everyone can come to move, breathe, de-stress, and reconnect with themselves, regardless of their level.
