How to register for our courses

Booking your place at Idolem is quick and easy. You have two options:

It's the most convenient way to manage everything from your phone. Book a class, buy a package, check your history, or get notifications about what's new — everything is centralized in the app.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 25 years. This practice brings me harmony, well-being and allows me to remain true to myself. With a background in administration at Concordia University, I spent more than 26 years managing teams in the banking and telecommunications sectors. One day, I decided to make my dream come true and to become a yoga teacher. Since then, I have followed various courses to deepen my knowledge and better support my students. But why stop there? With the desire to share my passion and well-being, my dream of owning an Idolem hot yoga studio is coming true. Supported by family and friends, I am embarking on this journey with a lot of gratitude and excitement. My goal is to create a community where everyone finds their place and can thrive. We look forward to it!
