Chez Idolem, all our courses are practiced in a heated room to amplify the benefits of Hot yoga. Whether you are looking for a gentle moment, a physical challenge or a regenerative practice, you will find a style of Hot Yoga adapted to your needs. At Idolem, courses are grouped into Four major families : Traditional, Fusion, Flow and Family. Each offers a different approach, but all share the same mission: to make you move, breathe, evolve... and feel good.

Our traditional courses

An approach rooted in the yoga tradition. Here, the breath guides the movement, the postures are precisely integrated, and the focus is on alignment, body awareness, and inner state. The Traditional family invites you to slow down to feel better — a return to the essence of yoga.

Abs & core (traditional)

A class that targets the abdominal belt while remaining in the world of traditional yoga. Postures maintained, breathing engaged and in-depth work on the stability and strength of the center.

Anti-stress

Being able to understand what stress is in order to thus tame it is the inspiration for this course. We will engage in a sensitive practice that will bring us to peace of mind. An important emphasis on breathing will give a fluid rhythm to this class in order to get in tune with the most beautiful construction ever designed... the body!

Ashtanga

A rigorous traditional practice, based on a series of pre-determined postures. Each movement is synchronized to the breath in a fluid and energizing sequence. This method generates internal heat that helps to purify the body, build physical strength, and calm the mind. Ideal for those who love discipline, surpassing themselves and the depth of the gesture.

Detox & stretching

Practice usually starting with a breathing technique (Pranayama), to move towards more and more sustained sequences, integrating twisting or other postures, in order to activate the internal organs, promoting the elimination of toxins. Stretches follow in order to calm the nervous system and to let yourself go into deep relaxation.

Dynamic detox

An energetic flow that combines stimulating movements, active breathing and rhythmic sequences to promote the elimination of toxins and boost energy. This course engages the lymphatic system, strengthens muscles and provides a feeling of lightness, both physical and mental. Vinyasa-style practice, intense and accessible at all levels — be ready to move vigorously and work hard.

Doux

The gentle yoga class offers a smooth and delicate session, focusing on smooth movements and a graceful transition between postures. Designed to provide a feeling of calm and well-being, this course focuses on synchronizing with the breath to promote relaxation. Suitable for all levels, it offers a soothing experience that combines fluidity and softness to nourish body and mind in a short period of time.

Gentle stretching

The gentle stretching yoga class offers a session that focuses on slow and deliberate movements, promoting relaxation and flexibility. Participants can expect gentle postures that are designed to gently stretch muscles, improve flexibility, and release tension. Suitable for all levels, this course aims to calm the body and mind, offering a short but effective wellness break. Ideal for those who are looking for stretching, more than strengthening and who need softness, relaxation and taking their time.

Strength & balance

A course that combines muscular work and balance postures. Perfect for strengthening body and mind stability while developing coordination and concentration.

Strength & stamina

An intermediate level yoga practice that is both energizing and stimulating, and that energizes the body and mind through breathing and movement. It focuses on prolonged postures, repetition and muscular engagement. It develops lasting strength, both physical and mental.

Strength & flexibility

A balance between commitment and openness. Each posture is designed to tone certain areas while relaxing others. A comprehensive approach for a strong, mobile and healthy body.

Gold

A gentle course designed for people aged 60 and over (or anyone who wants a slow and accessible practice). The pace is adapted, the transitions are facilitated and the environment is safe. In addition, the hot room is tempered for better comfort.

Happy Groovy Flow

This course offers a unique fusion of fluid movements and inspiring rhythms to harmonize body and mind. Explore dynamic and fluid yoga sequences designed to improve flexibility, strengthen balance, and foster a deep connection with the present moment. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, come and discover this invigorating practice in a welcoming and stimulating environment.

Hatha

A calm and balanced practice that focuses on strong postures, conscious breathing, and increased attention to the body. Accessible to all, Hatha develops strength, flexibility and stability while offering a regenerating break to harmonize body and mind. It is an excellent starting point for deepening your understanding of postures and integrating the essential foundations of yoga into your practice.

Meditation

A moment to pause and look inward. This course guides you through various meditation techniques to calm the mind, cultivate mindfulness, and better live in the present.

Nidra

A guided deep relaxation practice, also called mindful sleep yoga. Lying on the ground, you are gently led by the teacher's voice through an inner journey that soothes the nervous system, releases tensions and promotes concentration. Yoga Nidra invites total letting go, offering a profound regeneration of body and mind.

Energy alarm clock

The energy awakening yoga class is a dynamic morning session designed to activate the body and mind. Through fluid sequences of postures, this practice aims to awaken vital energy, stimulate circulation and promote a positive mindset for the day to come. Suitable for all levels, this quick course provides a smooth transition from sleep to wakefulness, providing a refreshed and energized feeling in no time.

Sports recovery

A course designed to support the body after exercise. Targeted stretching, muscle relaxation and deep breathing promote regeneration, mobility and injury prevention.

Sequence 26/2

Inspired by the Bikram method, this practice follows a fixed series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each movement is repeated twice, for a clear progression and in-depth work on the whole body.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa means a series of consecutive postures. A course that prepares the student to perform their postures in a rhythm synchronized with the breath. The transitions are slow and the explanations are more present.

Yin (deep stretching)

Passive and meditative yoga, where postures are held for several minutes to target deep tissue. Ideal for increasing flexibility, relieving tension and settling into a state of deep calm.

Yin Yang

A balance between the energy of movement and the depth of immobility. The first half of the course is dynamic (yang), followed by a more introspective and passive phase (yin). A complete journey into the two polarities of yoga.

Our fusion courses

The alliance of yoga with complementary disciplines, for a complete, dynamic and original training. Fusion family classes incorporate elements of fitness, strengthening, cardio, or mobility, while maintaining the spirit of yoga and the power of heat. Perfect for pushing your limits, working your body differently and exploring formats that move.

Hell abs

A course that intensely targets the abdominal area with varied and sustained exercises. Engaged breathing, precise movements and ambient heat: everything is there to make your abs shake... in a good way.

Athletic

A powerful and rhythmic practice, inspired by functional training. You'll strengthen the whole body through demanding sequences, designed to improve your strength, stamina, and overall performance.

Body Sculpt

A yoga sculpt class is a dynamic fusion between traditional yoga and strength training. It combines smooth yoga poses with muscle-building and cardio exercises. This course aims to tone and strengthen the entire body while improving flexibility, stability, endurance, and improving cardiovascular health. It often includes the use of light weights, elastic bands, or other equipment to intensify the exercises. Sessions can be energetic and challenging, while also incorporating elements of meditation and breathing for a holistic experience.

Bootcamp

A high-intensity session inspired by military training. Expect to push your limits with varied circuits, cardio and full strength training. The hot environment amplifies each effort.

Thighs & buttocks

A very effective focus on the lower body. This class combines targeted movements, repetitions and muscle maintenance to tone, activate and sculpt thighs and buttocks.

HIIT

The famous High Intensity Interval Training, revisited with Idolem sauce. Short, intense and effective intervals combined with the heat of hot yoga to maximize results and burn maximum energy in a short time. A unique course combining Muscle Building and Cardio.

Pilates

An in-depth strengthening course based on the Pilates method, combining control, stability and precision. Central body work, posture and mobility are in the spotlight, in a temperate and revitalizing version.

Plyo

Dynamic training based on explosive movements and jumps (plyometrics). The objective: to develop power, responsiveness and coordination, while remaining in constant motion.

Surfing

A fun and intense course, inspired by surfing movements, often practiced on an unstable board. Work on balance, core and lower body, in a format that uses all your muscles.

Yoga Barre

This comprehensive fitness experience combines movements inspired by dance, Pilates, and muscle building, all performed in sync with the motivating rhythm of music. The movements, inspired by the bar, are performed without the need for a physical bar. Focusing on the legs, buttocks, core and arms, this class offers a dynamic session that stimulates the body while promoting muscle toning.

Yoga Kick Boxing

Class combining yoga and martial arts, focusing on abdominal endurance and cardio. A sun greeting warm-up leads to standing postures with repetitive kickboxing movements that challenge balance in motion. These combinations work the stabilizer and rotator muscles, allowing the body to be lighter in movement and to move more fluidly, faster, and in more control during yoga classes or other physical activity.

Yogalates

The perfect balance between yoga and Pilates. This course combines fluidity, body awareness, and in-depth reinforcement. Great for toning the whole body and improving posture, stability and control.

Our flow courses

Flow sessions offer fluid sequences, supported by breathing and rhythm, to create a balance between anchoring, vitality and body expression. Anchorage

A structuring flow that strengthens the body as a whole, with an emphasis on stabilizing muscles, mobility and breath control. Each session combines strength, stamina, and balance to build a solid foundation, both physical and mental. Through thoughtful progression, this course helps you develop tone, confidence and stability in your practice as well as in your daily life. Ideal for those who want to go further in their physical fitness while remaining well-grounded. 4o

Cardio

A rhythmic and energetic flow that stimulates the cardiovascular system while strengthening the muscles. Perfect for those who want to sweat, move intensely and activate their energy in a fluid and dynamic sequence.

Chakra

A journey through the 7 chakras through movement, breath, and intention. Each session focuses on an energy center to harmonize body, heart, and spirit. An intuitive and symbolic flow, ideal for reconnecting with yourself.

Detox

A purifying flow that aims to release physical and mental toxins. Through twists, fluid sequences and a steady pace, this practice stimulates metabolism and clarifies the mind. Perfect for feeling lightened and revitalized.

Doux

A slow, enveloping flow that is accessible to all. Ideal for relieving tension, regaining inner calm and moving gently in a temperate room. An invitation to slow down and to fully relax in the present moment.

Energy & vitality

A vibrant flow designed to activate the flow of energy throughout the body. Opening postures, dynamic movements and committed breathing create a feeling of lightness, warmth and inner alertness.

Energetic

A flow inspired by the energetic principles of yoga, to balance and activate the different planes of the body. Each session is designed to recharge your batteries and align your inner posture with your life force.

Balance

A flow that develops physical and mental stability. Through standing poses, weight transfer games and concentration games, you will train your ability to stay centered, even during movement.

Endurance

A sustained and engaging flow, built to develop consistency, breath and tenacity. A great practice to build your ability to maintain the effort over time, by working with fluidity and commitment.

Stretches

A flow focused on flexibility, mobility and muscle relaxation. Perfect for relieving tension, recovering after an effort or simply giving your body space to open up and breathe freely.

Hatha (Flow)

A course that combines the structure of Hatha and the movement of flow. Strong postures, moderate sequences and guided breathing create a balanced session, conducive to body awareness and anchoring.

Inversion

A flow that prepares the body and mind for inverted postures. Through a gradual work of openness, strengthening and stability, you will explore lightness and play in space, regardless of your level.

Thematic

A flow that changes with the seasons, inspirations or specific needs. Each course addresses a particular theme — whether it is an area of the body, an intention or an emotion — to renew your practice with creativity.

Our family courses

Classes designed to experience yoga differently, in duo with a baby, a child or through pregnancy. These moments of connection promote well-being, self-presence and complicity, in a temperate and enveloping room. A soft, safe, and warm space to explore yoga as a family.

Parent-baby

A gentle and caring session designed for parents accompanied by their infants. This special moment promotes the bond of attachment, while allowing the parent to move, breathe and settle down. Accessible movements, adapted postures and a temperate atmosphere ensure a soothing and regenerating experience.

Parent-child

A fun and fun moment to share with your child (1 parent = 1 child included; $10 per additional child). This class allows you to move together, explore fun postures and cultivate full presence in a warm and welcoming room. The parent pays for a regular course, the child gets the experience for free.

Prenatal

A gentle yoga class that accompanies each trimester of pregnancy in a safe and caring environment. Through smooth movements, you cultivate strength, stability, and body awareness while preparing the body and mind for birth. This practice promotes balance, authenticity, health and well-being, while strengthening the connection between you and baby. All in a temperate room conducive to relaxation and self-attention.4o
