Anti-stress
Being able to understand what stress is in order to thus tame it is the inspiration for this course. We will engage in a sensitive practice that will bring us to peace of mind. An important emphasis on breathing will give a fluid rhythm to this class in order to get in tune with the most beautiful construction ever designed... the body!
Ashtanga
A rigorous traditional practice, based on a series of pre-determined postures. Each movement is synchronized to the breath in a fluid and energizing sequence. This method generates internal heat that helps to purify the body, build physical strength, and calm the mind. Ideal for those who love discipline, surpassing themselves and the depth of the gesture.
Detox & stretching
Practice usually starting with a breathing technique (Pranayama), to move towards more and more sustained sequences, integrating twisting or other postures, in order to activate the internal organs, promoting the elimination of toxins. Stretches follow in order to calm the nervous system and to let yourself go into deep relaxation.
Dynamic detox
An energetic flow that combines stimulating movements, active breathing and rhythmic sequences to promote the elimination of toxins and boost energy. Doux

Gold
A gentle course designed for people aged 60 and over (or anyone who wants a slow and accessible practice). The pace is adapted, the transitions are facilitated and the environment is safe. In addition, the hot room is tempered for better comfort.

Energy alarm clock

Sequence 26/2
Inspired by the Bikram method, this practice follows a fixed series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each movement is repeated twice, for a clear progression and in-depth work on the whole body.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa means a series of consecutive postures. A course that prepares the student to perform their postures in a rhythm synchronized with the breath. The transitions are slow and the explanations are more present.
Yin (deep stretching)
Passive and meditative yoga, where postures are held for several minutes to target deep tissue. Ideal for increasing flexibility, relieving tension and settling into a state of deep calm.
Yin Yang
A balance between the energy of movement and the depth of immobility. The first half of the course is dynamic (yang), followed by a more introspective and passive phase (yin). A complete journey into the two polarities of yoga.
