A circus artist since the age of 9, I have devoted more than 15 years to intense physical training and performance. The pandemic and an injury caused me to slow down and refocus in order to redefine my path.

It was during a cold winter in 2021, looking for a way to stay active, that my partner and I discovered hot yoga. It was a real crush on the Idolem experience: a welcoming and modern place where you put everything on pause to refocus, learn to let go and live in the moment. Heat amplifies every movement, improves flexibility and connects us even more deeply to our body...
