Did you know that IDOLEM is MELODI backwards?! Our founder Melody Benhamou, mother of two magnificent Buddhas, is above all a former high-level Beach Volleyball athlete with numerous medals. In business, our founder applies her perseverance as an athlete in her quest for well-being for all. Mélody is a person who cares about her students and her network. Fascinated by details, our founder is building a community day by day that shines in each of her regions thanks to her diligent franchisees. Energetic, inventive and present, Mélody loves teamwork and has a real pleasure in waking up every morning to do good for her community.

A trainer by training, I complete my studies in nutrition by consolidating my work and studies. When selecting my future job, I had to make the choice to continue in my field of study or to move forward with a growing company. I then jumped into the void with IDOLEM, deciding to believe that we would go far! Today, after 9 years, I am sharing what we have built over the years with the new owners, who like us, believe in the ability of this company to move forward. My job is to support them in their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs.

‍A paramedic by trade and always in action, yoga forces me to sit down and feel. As someone who remains far from any form of calm, both in my professional and personal life, the discovery of Idolem hot yoga was a real revelation. Practicing for many years, yoga taught me to surpass myself in a different way: by letting go! After 12 years on the road, still passionate about my job, I was however looking for a little more zen, while continuing to care about the well-being of others. After several years of frequenting the Boucherville studio, the opportunity presented itself to join the Idolem family. When the universe sends you signs, you have to know how to listen. So here I am! I can't wait to share with you the benefits of yoga and to meet each and every member of this great community. Carpe Diem!

On October 25, 2021, I took a direction that allowed me to bring together the things that are essential to me and to feel aligned with myself on a daily basis. Fascinated by customer service and personal growth, I did my training as a Yoga teacher in parallel and first was in the field of representation with a lot of sales training. I like to see my world happy and to be able to offer them the best. Afterwards, I completed my yoga teacher training, which really changed my life. Today, I am in charge of training our magnificent counsellors and offering our students the best of ourselves. People are my priority and I thank Idolem for giving me this chance to pass on my passion.
