After having held various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for a balance between the personal and the professional, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered hot yoga at Idolem and by the same token the place where the hustle and bustle of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and has also helped me get through work pressures and stress storms. Today, I am proud owner of 7 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day at Centropolis, Le Plateau, Plaza, Promenade Masson, St-Jérôme, St-Léonard and Villeray studios.
I was introduced to hot yoga at Idolem in 2017 and it was immediate love at first sight. Hot yoga was just what I needed in my routine to complete it. It was shortly after that I started my job at the reception of Idolem St-Denis. During my university studies, yoga allowed me to manage stress, take time for myself, and get away from the hustle and bustle of studying to find myself. Here I am, a few years later, on the adventure of a lifetime that makes me grow every day! Practicing yoga for me means a return to self that involves constant learning and self-listening that goes beyond the yoga room to include all areas of daily life. For me it is a profound source of inner peace. If I can participate in creating an environment where people feel good, escape and take care of them, I will have succeeded in my mission and that is why I joined the IDOLEM family.
