An entrepreneur at heart and deeply human, I have always known how to listen to what made me tick. For more than 25 years, I have worked in the world of retail and customer service, guided by a human approach and a strong family spirit.

Driven by the desire to create meaningful projects, when I arrived in my forties, I felt the call for a new chapter: that of combining my professional experience, my values and my passion for well-being. When the opportunity to join the big family Idolem showed up, I knew immediately that this was the way to go.

Opening this studio is much more than a business project — it is a natural continuity, a return to the roots and a true promise of sharing. My wish is to offer each person a break, in a caring environment, without judgment or taboos, where everyone can evolve at their own pace and feel fully at their place.
