After having held various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for a balance between the personal and the professional, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered hot yoga at Idolem and by the same token the place where the hustle and bustle of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and has also helped me get through work pressures and stress storms. Today, I am proud owner of 7 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day at Centropolis, Le Plateau, Plaza, Promenade Masson, St-Jérôme, St-Léonard and Villeray studios.
To say that Idolem saved my life would be an understatement. I found this perfect studio during a desperate time when I was struggling with my mental health. The decision to embark on the co-ownership adventure was born out of a desire to create a comforting space where people can find peace, strength, and balance in the midst of the chaos of life. I want to share the transformative power of yoga with my community, promoting physical well-being, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. I hope to create a sanctuary for self-care, mindfulness, and a haven where this studio could save others.
