1. Intention

Morning, noon or evening, our courses adapt to your schedule. Check out the schedule of sessions in your favorite studio and book your wellness moment now. With a wide variety of styles and levels, find the perfect course for you.

2. Thé-rapie

5 minutes - I'm letting go
Take the time to enjoy a delicious tea prepared by our tea master in accordance with our courses. Also, reserve your regenerating juice.

3. Salt wall

10 minutes - I prepare my body
Zen and pure zone, benefit from the benefits of gentle halotherapy. Like a seaside getaway, it frees the airways and soothes the nervous system.

4. hot yoga

60 to 75 minutes - I'm relaxing
Take a seat in our yoga room heated with radiant energy, creating a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. Our attentive instructors will guide you in a practice that focuses on listening to yourself, without comparison or judgment. In a subdued atmosphere, enjoy the well-deserved rest of Shavasana with a cool towel with essential oils gently placed on your face.

5. cold bath

15 minutes - I dive into myself
Explore a revolutionary icy experience to enrich your hot yoga! Immerse yourself in the freshness, strengthen your resilience. 1 min of bath, 5 min of warming up, accompanied by our teams. Mandatory introductory training, to be done only once, ensuring the success of your baths.

6. Regeneration

5 minutes - I regenerate
Give your body a moment to return to a comfortable temperature and settle back into its natural calm. Then, to support full-body recovery after the effort, a personalized health smoothie—prepared for you at an accessible price—will be waiting at the Moon Bar.
