Booking your place at Idolem is quick and easy. You have two options:

1. Download the Idolem mobile application

It's the most convenient way to manage everything from your phone. Book a class, buy a package, check your history, or get notifications about what's new — everything is centralized in the app.

2. Use our online platform (Bsport)

You can also register directly from your computer or mobile browser, via our online booking tool. Access your studio schedule, explore available courses, and choose the package that's right for you.

Owner

My name is Mélanie and I am your new owner of the St-Jérôme studio. Passionate about well-being, movement and people since always, my career has led me through various practices of global health, personal development and reconnection to oneself.

Over time, I have come to understand that what makes me feel deeply is creating spaces where people can simply be, breathe, drop off, and find each other again.

I discovered Idolem as a practitioner, and immediately, something resonated: a unique atmosphere, passionate teachers, a caring community. It is this spirit — between human warmth, freedom and depth — that made me want to go further, and to fully commit myself to the St-Jérôme studio.

Today, I am very happy to join the adventure to continue taking care of you, this place, and the energy that circulates there.

My intention is simple: to offer you a safe, bright and inspiring space, where everyone can move forward at their own pace, in their practice and in their life.

My mantra: “Come back to yourself again and again.”
