After having held various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been looking for a balance between the personal and the professional, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered hot yoga at Idolem and by the same token the place where the hustle and bustle of life took a break. Over time, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and has also helped me get through work pressures and stress storms. Today, I am proud owner of 7 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day at Centropolis, Le Plateau, Plaza, Promenade Masson, St-Jérôme, St-Léonard and Villeray studios.
A yoga graduate since 2016, I have been fortunate to explore a deeply rewarding journey that combines physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.My journey into the world of yoga has allowed me to develop a holistic approach to health, where every aspect of the body, soul, and spirit is taken into account for overall well-being.
My path led me to work at the Idolem studio in 2019, an experience that allowed me to perfect my practice and share my passion for yoga with a great community.
In 2022, life opened a new door for me, that of returning to the Idolem studio in Saint-Jérôme, a house that inspires me and that accompanies me in the evolution of my professional and spiritual career.
In each of my practices, I seek to offer a space where you can meet, refocus and cultivate a deep connection with yourself and as a co-owner that you find this sacred space in the studio to recharge your batteries.
