Our Plein Soleil packages include much more than yoga classes. In addition to enjoying access to our network of 38 studios, every studio visit allows you to experience the complete Yogic Spa Circuit, including cold plunge baths, halotherapy, a relaxation lounge, intention card rituals, and access to smoothie/coffee/fresh juice bars ($) in selected studios.

It was through hot yoga at IDOLEM that I found a space to relax, reconnect and strengthen my confidence. In more demanding moments in my life, it became much more than a passion: a real refuge, a source of energy and transformation.
Driven by the desire to share this unique environment, I now have the chance to offer, with my extraordinary team, a place where well-being, movement and human connection meet. A space where people come as much to refocus as to feel good, to escape and to vibrate together.
An entrepreneur for several years and the mother of a wonderful boy, I deeply believe in the harmony between my passions, my family and what makes me tick. Each of my projects is guided by the desire to offer an authentic, warm and unifying experience.
