The YTTC250 (Yoga Teacher Training Course – 250 hours) is the essential foundational training to teach yoga with confidence and expertise. This comprehensive program allows you to gain an in-depth understanding of postures, breathing, meditation, and yoga philosophy, while developing strong teaching skills.

Designed to meet international standards, our certified training prepares you to lead classes for all levels and build a fulfilling career in the world of yoga.

Which training should I choose to become a yoga teacher?

The Idolem YTTC training takes place over 250 hours: 200 hours of theoretical and practical classes, followed by a 50-hour studio internship. You can choose between four formats: semi-intensive (1 weekend per month), intensive (1 month immersion), hybrid, or at your own pace online.

How does the final exam work?

The exam includes a theoretical part (quiz on the concepts covered) and a practical part (teaching a structured class). You must earn at least 75% in each section. Regular quizzes help you prepare, and a retake is possible in case of failure

What does the integration internship consist of?

After passing the exam, you must complete 50 classes in an Idolem studio within 6 months. This internship helps you build confidence and experience before teaching independently.

What diploma do you receive, and where can you teach afterward?

You will receive the YTTC250 certification recognized by the Canadian Yoga Alliance. It allows you to teach anywhere. Graduates also have the opportunity to work at Idolem, where 100% of certified students have been hired.
