A metrologist in the field of aerospace, my career has taken me between entrepreneurship and aerospace production lines over the last 20 years. Sporty by nature, I am a lover of movement in all its aspects. My partner Daniel and I have a love of sports in common and when he saw me put so much love and passion into this yoga studio project, which I called my second home, he immediately said yes to involvement and became an accomplice in this great achievement. Coming from a family of athletes and for some of them at very high levels, I always had in mind that a healthy body and a healthy mind was the perfect marriage. In 2014 I discovered hot yoga through the Idolem Plateau studio. I loved the benefits in terms of my flexibility. The endorphins that inhabited me as a result of my practices gave me a feeling of well-being. In 2016, I decided to improve my knowledge by taking up my teacher training.
