With a diploma in human resources management and having worked in this field for nearly 15 years, the desire to contribute to the happiness of others has always resonated with me.I discovered yoga in 2013 and its impact on my life was so significant, physically, mentally and spiritually, that I wanted to share it with as many people as possible. Idolem hot yoga provides me with the perfect balance between well-being and self-improvement, so in 2019 I acquired my first studio (Longueuil metro station). In 2021, a second in Brossard, and in 2024, this third Idolem studio, here in Longueuil!
In Sanskrit, the word yoga means “union”: harmony between body, mind and soul.The Buddhist symbol OM, which looks like a 3, represents the three states of consciousness: waking, dreaming and deep sleep. In numerology, the number 3 refers to expression, creativity and communication.
In brief, this 3rd studio means a lot to me and the team. It's a pleasure for all of us to welcome you to the triad. Namaste!
