Booking your place at Idolem is quick and easy. You have two options:

A graduate in human resources management and having worked in this field for nearly 15 years, the desire to contribute to the happiness of others has always appealed to me.I discovered yoga in 2013 and its impact in my life was so obvious, both physically, mentally and spiritually, that I wanted to share it with as many people as possible. Hot yoga at Idolem gives me a perfect balance between well-being and surpassing myself, so it was in 2019 that I acquired my first studio (Longueuil metro). In 2021, a second one in Brossard, and in 2024, this third Idolem studio, here in Longueuil!

In Sanskrit, the word Yoga means “union”: the harmony between body, mind and soul. The Buddhist OM symbol, resembling the 3, represents the three states of consciousness: wakefulness, dream, and deep sleep. In numerology, the number 3 evokes expression, creativity and communication.

In short, this 3rd studio therefore represents a lot for me as well as for the team. It is a pleasure for all of us to welcome you to this triad. Namaste!
