My story with Idolem began in the splendid hot yoga room of the Brossard studio. I was charmed from my first visit. Through the practice of hot yoga, I discovered a perfect balance, both physical and mental, between well-being and self-improvement. I would even say that is here that my adventure with Idolem was born. What a privilege to be the owner today. This second studio for me in the big and beautiful Idolem family fills me with gratitude.
For nearly 15 years, I worked in the Human resources field where the well-being of people has always been important to me. In search of a work-family-passion balance, I acquired my first Idolem studio in Longueuil in 2019. What an honor to be able to welcome you now at the Brossard studio, a place without judgment where you will find serenity and inner peace.
