How do I book a class at Idolem?

Booking your course is quick and easy! All you need to do is:

• Create an account on Bsport or via our mobile application Idolem Hot Hot Yoga.
• Choose your favorite Idolem studio.
• Select the class and schedule that's right for you.
• Confirm your reservation online.

We recommend that you book in advance as space is limited.

What should I bring for my first class?

For your first class at Idolem, we recommend that you bring:
• A yoga mat (possibility to rent them on site).
• A large towel (optional).• A padlock (possibility to rent them on site).
• A bottle of water to stay well hydrated.
• A comfortable and lightweight outfit adapted to practice in a heated room.

Arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in and fully enjoy your experience!

What are the rates and subscriptions available?

We offer several options adapted to your needs:

• Single class for more flexibility.
‍• Class cards (10, 20 sessions, etc.) to save money in the long run.
• Unlimited subscriptions to enjoy yoga without limits!

Can I practice hot yoga if I am a beginner?

Yes, absolutely! Our classes are accessible to all levels, including beginners. Hot yoga allows you to progress smoothly, improve flexibility and relax. Our teachers will guide you every step of the way to adapt the practice to your level.
