My discovery of hot yoga at IDOLEM marked a turning point for me. From my first visit, I was seduced by this unique experience that allowed me to slow down, refocus and feel good. Since then, this practice has become essential to my daily balance. It inspires me to share its physical and psychological benefits with as many people as possible.

With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, I have always believed in the importance of positive energy and mutual support in teams. The opening of the studio in Verdun, in my childhood neighborhood, is the ideal opportunity to combine my values, my passion for yoga and my desire to be an entrepreneur.
