It has been several years since I started my hot yoga practice, which has proven to be a great revelation on many levels. From my first visit to the IDOLEM studio, I fell in love with this unique and memorable experience that made me feel simply good, in my element and above all that allowed me to slow down. Since that day, this moment to take care of myself and live in the present moment has become an essential part of my daily life. This is what motivates me to make known and promote the benefits of hot yoga on physical and mental health to as many people as possible.

Starting my career in human resources management after obtaining my Master's degree in this field, I noticed that positive energy, mutual aid and dedication within work teams make all the difference. The acquisition of IDOLEM Verdun (the neighborhood where I grew up) will allow me to promote a company that advocates well-being and thus flourish in this life project that is perfectly aligned with my values ​​and beliefs. In addition, I have always wanted to start a business and promote a company that reflects me. Passionate about well-being and entrepreneurship, owning my studio is a dream come true that fills me with happiness. I look forward to welcoming you warmly to the studio.
