My story with Idolem began in the magnificent Brossard studio. I was charmed upon my first visit. Through the practice of hot yoga, I discovered a perfect balance, both physical and mental, between well-being and surpassing one self. I would even say that this is where my adventure with Idolem was born. What a privilege to own it today. This 2nd studio for me within the beautiful and large Idolem family fills me with gratitude. For nearly 15 years I have evolved in the field of human resources where the well-being of people has always been close to my heart. In search of a work-family-passion balance, I acquired my first Idolem studio in Longueuil in 2019. What an honor to now be able to welcome you as well to the Brossard studio, a place without judgment where you will find serenity and inner peace. Welcome to our home, your home!
