Here is a little nod to the owner of the StudioMy name is Alexandra, I am passionate about dance, ballet, yoga, wine, animals and not to mention chocolate!
I did 25 years of intensive ballet and it is thanks to Hot Yoga (which I started several years ago) that I was able to keep my physical shape, my flexibility and especially the pleasure of moving.
I taught dance in Montreal and yoga on the South Shore several years ago; and being a real fish in the water since I was born, I decided to do my SUP yoga certification a year ago ... Why not!
I am a scientifically minded artist so for me creativity, logic, passion and molecules go hand in hand!
I did my bachelor's degree in medicinal chemistry and I never stopped my passion for dance and yoga, so I can say now that I found the mental balance that was necessary to respect my body, my soul. and my mind
I have been working in the medical and pharmaceutical industry for over 12 years now and I had the opportunity to manage several teams during my career. So it will be an honor for me to manage my team and manage this wonderful yoga studio! It's a dream come true for me!
