After holding various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. Throughout this journey, I have always sought a balance between my personal and professional life, which is not always easy. In 2013, I discovered Hot Yoga at Idolem, and with it, a place where the whirlwind of life could take a break. Over time, Idolem has helped me achieve the much-needed balance I was seeking, as well as providing a way to cope with the pressures of work and stressful moments. Today, I am the proud owner of 7 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you every day at Centropolis, Le Plateau, Plaza, Promenade Masson, St-Jérôme, St-Léonard and Villeray.

To say that Idolem saved my life would be an understatement. I found this perfect studio during a desperate time when I was struggling with my mental health. The decision to embark on the co-ownership journey was born from a desire to create a comforting space where people can find peace, strength, and balance in the midst of life’s chaos. I want to share the transformative power of yoga with my community, fostering physical well-being, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. I hope to create a sanctuary for self-care, mindfulness, and a safe haven where this studio can save others.
