After holding various positions in the call center industry for 25 years, I have devoted the last 19 years of my career to call center management. During this journey, I have always been in search of balance between my personal and professional life, which has not always been easy. In 2013,I discovered Hot Yoga at Idolem where the whirlwind of life took a break. Overtime, Idolem has contributed to my much sought-after balance and helped me get through the pressure of work and storms of stress.Today, I am the proud owner of 5 Idolem studios. My team and I are happy to welcome you there every day in Centropolis, Villeray , Le Plateau, St-Jerome and Plaza.

Graduated in yoga since 2016, I had the chance to explore a deeply enriching path, combining physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.My journey into the world of yoga allowed me to develop a holistic approach to health, where every aspect of the body, soul and spirit is taken into account for overall well-being.
My path led me to work at the Idolem studio in 2019, an experience that allowed me to perfect my practice and share my passion for yoga with a beautiful community.
In 2022, life opened a new door for me, that of returning to the Idolem studio in Saint-Jérôme, a home that inspires me and accompanies me in the evolution of my professional and spiritual journey.
In each of my practices, I seek to offer a space where one can find oneself, refocus and cultivate a deep connection with oneself and as co-owner that you find this sacred space in the studio to recharge your batteries.
