Over three empowering retreats—each building on the last—you will:

Our retreats feature guided workshops, soulful rituals, and supportive circles that provide the clarity, tools, and community you need to awaken to the woman you are becoming. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of possibility and the courage to step into a vibrant, joyful new chapter of life.

Maya Meir & Karla Gomez de la Peña

Maya Meir is a compassionate relationship mentor dedicated to helping women transform their pain into powerful growth after a separation, breakup or divorce. With empathy, guidance, and unwavering support she helps clients navigate their complex emotions, break free from unhealthy patterns, and build their self-worth to find healthy, loving relationships with themselves and others. Her approach is non-judgmental, and empowers her clients to heal, grow, and thrive. She guides them on a transformative healing journey to reclaim their personal power, build their confidence and unlock their full potential.

Karla Gomez de la Peña is a holistic Health & Wellness Practitioner with over 14 years of experience guiding individuals to reconnect with themselves, trust their instincts, and access deep personal insights. She blends Ayurveda, breathwork, yoga, essential oil wellness, forgiveness practices, and subconscious work to empower people to actively participate in their own healing journey. Her work inspires self-love, clarity, and transformative inner breakthroughs.

Retreat Schedule

Friday, October 24th

4:00 PM: Arrival, time to discover the venue and settle in, meet the organizers and other participants. Sagging ritual and Tea time!

5:30 PM: Opening Circle - Participant introductions, intentions for the weekend, and introduction to the retreat theme.

6:30 PM: Healthy Dinner (local, organic menu)

7:30-9:30 PM: Sharing Circle

9:30 PM: Bed time

Saturday, October 25th

7:45 AM: Mindful Nature Walk - Calming the nervous system / Grounding and Guided Meditation

8:45 AM: Healthy Breakfast (local and organic menu )

10:00 AM: Reflecting on Past Relationships Workshop

11:00 AM: Self Discovery Workshop

12:00 PM: Cold plunge for those interested and /or Journaling alone time

1:00 PM: Healthy Lunch (local and organic menu)

2:00-4:00 PM: Discussions on Confidence Building, Rebuilding your Identity, Prioritizing your own Healing and Growth, Self Love

4:00 PM: Preparation for our evening Release Ceremony - Journaling

10:00 AM: Closing Workshop: Goal Setting- What small steps can you take Today to move closer to your Goals (Setting 3 Intentions, 3 Actionable steps in the next 3 months), Visualization Exercises

11:00 AM: Closing Circle -  Sharing and weekend insights. Support system to help achieve your goals - Team up with an accountability partner for the next 3 months.

12:30 PM: Departure

  • Comfortable clothing (loose-fitting, pajamas, and warm outdoor clothing)
  • Snow pants during the winter season
  • Travel mug for hot beverages
  • Your water (the water in the cottage is drinkable but sometimes tastes strange)

Type of accommodation

Simple occupation:
This type of accommodation allows you to have your own room with your own bed and personal belongings. However, each villa may have several rooms, so you may be paired with other students in your residence. Enjoy the privacy of a closed room with a double bed, perfect for a single person or a couple wishing to share the same bed.
Double occupancy:
This private room sleeps two and has two single bunk beds, offering comfort and convenience. You can book this room alone or with a friend. If you book alone, you will be paired with another participant to share the space in a friendly atmosphere.
Dormitory:
Discover our cozy space with 11 single beds, each equipped with a curtain to ensure your privacy. The dormitory features a 5-foot-high ceiling, creating a warm and unique atmosphere.
  • An outdoor shower and toilet are located in a separate heated outdoor area nearby. Please note that you will need to get dressed to go there.
  • An indoor dry toilet is available for use at night.
  • The sheets will be laid out on your bed when you arrive. All you have to do is make your bed to enjoy a good night's sleep.
  • A refrigerator and coffee machine are available for your use.
For the three types of occupations:
You will have to share the kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, and shuttles with other students throughout your stay. A washing machine will be available for weekly laundry. Please be mindful of your water usage.
